Delivery of all Bed quarter products is free within Dubai & Abu Dhabi. For the other Emirates in UAE, it chargeable according to the distance. Delivery of Goods will take place at the address entered during the order process.
When you receive your delivery, please check your order and sign the delivery note. In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please contact us immediately and if the damage has been caused in transit we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Deliveries are made within 7 working days after you place your order.
We process the shipping of the ordered items through our own Delivery team. We will deliver through our vehicles and labour.
You may pay with your Card online or choose Cash on Delivery / Credit Card or Debit Card payment on Delivery
- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
- United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
- Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
- If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
- The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
- We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED
- (Website) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- The goods can be replaced within one week provided the original invoice is present.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect of the goods received, it shall be replaced within (48) hours from the date of delivery.
- The goods can be returned within a period of three days, provided that the original invoice is present. The invoices issued during offers/campaigns periods will not be returned.
- The returning items must be in good condition and completely clean when replacing or returning.
- Warranty does not include misuse (breakage – cutting – fluid spills ….. etc).
- All products of the company are subject to warranty according to the terms of the brands for each product. Consumption value of each product will be calculated and the original invoice is required with the customer.
- The mattress warranty for sagging will apply only if the sagging is at least 1 inch or above.
- Installation of massage chairs free of charge for the first time. For Shifting and moving to other places, there will be additional service charges which are to be settled by the client in advance.
- Electrical appliances, Beds and furniture which require installation will not be returned once installed. The said items can only be returned in the event of a manufacturing defect.
- Due to hygienic reasons, the following items are not subject to the policy of return and replacement:
- All types of duvets / bed linen / mattress protectors / pillows / toppers / prayer mats and all the bedding accessories.
- Customer has the right to change or cancel the reserved items which are not delivered in a maximum of (21) days. Except special orders after the customer has signed the order.
- In the case of return, the amount will be refunded to the customer in his bank account within five working days. The refund will not be issued in cash.
We accept returns within 3 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. The returns will be processed in 5 working days in original payment mode. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
